In 2005, P.E. Analytics started tracking property transaction data in the India. Beginning of 2007, the coverage was expanded to include all major micro markets of India and P.E. Analytics has since then recorded a total of over 39,000 projects of 7,500 developers across over 40 cities in India. We add approximately 300 projects every month

While the transparency of the Real estate markets and availability of information varies greatly by cities and markets, the team at P.E. Analytics works hard to capture all relevant information possible.
