Nearly 80% of all investments in Real Estate in India by over 200 institutions, Developers and Banks are made using Propequity intelligence. Propequity has been successfully listed on NSE platform in 2022 and the issue was oversubscribed by more than 50 times. Under his leadership Propequity diversified into the valuation business which has grown to 350+ employees (adding to more than 500 total employee strength) in 100 locations catering to over 70 Banks, HFIs and NBFCs since its launch in 2021.
Ms. Vaishali Jasuja has played an integral role in creation and development of Propequity, P.E. Analytics advanced online search platform for data and analytics covering the Indian Real Estate Industry. She has completed her Bachelors in Engineering and Masters in Management Studies from Mumbai. Prior to P.E. Analytics, Ms. Vaishali was driving the marketing, brand strategy development and execution for MNCs in the domain of FMCG, Insurance and Brand Development.
Ms. Pooja Verma is a qualified senior management professional with over 25 years of experience in information management in the field of real estate. She also has an industry experience comprising of data management, operations, people management and transactions. She has done Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University (Sikkim).
Mr. Satish Mehta is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate in science with specialization in statistics and economics having more than 40 years of experience in the areas of housing finance, consumer finance, Business Development, Training, Credit information and management consultancy which has resulted in the creation of India’s first credit bureau – CIBIL and he has extended invaluable expertise to the fledging financial infrastructures of countries in South Asia and the Middle East. He is also the Founder of Athena Advisors – a boutique consultancy firm, consulting in the areas of Mortgage Finance and credit information & bureaus.
Mr. Ajay Kalayil Chacko is a co-founder of Arre (Udigital Content Pvt. Ltd.), one of India’s leading digital content platforms focused on original content, established in 2015. He has done Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from university of Pune. He has spent over a decade at Network 18 group and the member of the core management team that saw Network 18 Group’s expansion from a 50mn USD to a 1.5 bn USD listed entity. On the Financial front, he is engaged in startup of Sharekhan, India’s pioneer online broking platform and part of restructuring team at IL&FS AMC which was acquired by UTI AMC in 2004.
Mr. Sachin Sandhir is a founder and Co-CEO of Genleap Ecosystem Private Limited. He is a post graduate in Diploma of Business Management from Institute at New Delhi. For over 25 years, Sachin has led a variety of real estate development, consulting, lending, offshoring, education and SAAS businesses. He has also held MD/CEO level positions for the last 18 years. He is a specialist in building start-ups, he has built four successful businesses-both as an entrepreneur as well as a corporate leader.
